As a new training concept, many physical educators pay an attention tothe core strength. But it is not widely used in the various local teamsespecially the high school sports training teams. The coaches of high schoolare more dependent on the traditional strength training to make improvements.Then this paper takes the research on the core strength of the former theoryas the foundation, Fused the core strength training in the strength trainingof high school students. Starting from the reality of sports training. In orderto combine the core strength and specific strength better. To research thecore strength training can improve the results of100meters or not. Thisexperiment selected24male sports students as the experimental object. Theyall come form the second middle school of Lining City. Divided them intoexperimental group and control group,The difference is the experimental groupreceived the core strength training. After12weeks of training, Analysis thebody action index of core strength training, the strength quality index andthe speed quality index. The conclusion is as follows:Compared with the professional athletes, the level of High school talentsis weaker. It is difficult to complete the high difficulty movement. So thewhole experiment was divided into three stages. The first stage is1-6weeks(eight actions on the mat); the second stage is7-9weeks (eight actions onthe mat); the third stage is7-9weeks (seven actions on the Swiss Ball).The evaluation index of the core body strength reaction before and afterthe experiment is special strength index and special speed quality index. Thespecial strength quality index including: standing long jump, standing triplejump in three, squat and full squat. The special speed quality index including:30meters,50meters,100meters race. Compared with the21index before theexperiment, they are improved after the experiment. There was significantdifference. Indicates that the core strength training improves the balance、stable and coordinated ability.Through12weeks of training, the data of strength quality and speed qualitywere processed with T test and show that every index has improved. The increasein standing triple jump in three, squat,50meters and100meters running raceare obviously. There have significant difference between them. But theincrease in standing long jump,30meter race and full squat is small. The final conclusion is:The average score of100meters in experimentalgroup is better than the control group. The core strength training has apositive impact on the100meter record. It can be used as an effective meansfor High school coaches to training.
