| The characteristics and requirements of fun basketball curriculum reform, not only canimprove the students to participate in physical exercise, but also can enhance the student’sself-confidence. Therefore, this paper uses experimental methods to explore the fun basketballfor junior high basketball basic physical fitness and exercise different influences. Studentsextracted the basic physical fitness test (50-meter run and standing long jump, for example) andthe evaluation exercise attitude scale,31boys and30Girls. Classes were set according to thenatural taste of basketball in the experimental group and the control group have no funbasketball. After12weeks of teaching comparative experimental evaluation,the experimentalgroup and the control group of basic physical fitness and exercise attitude were changed.This paper analyzes the impact of fun basketball for junior high school students, its aim is toactively guide students to actively seek emotional and psychological training methods, inspiringsudents to participate in the exercise of self-motivation.The results show: Fun basketball basic physical differences in the experimental group beforeand after the experimental data, exercise attitude scale index also improved significantly. Thedata of experimental group and the control group after the experimental showed significantdifferences.Concluded: seventh grader after12weeks of fun teaching basketball found influence, funbasketball for junior high school students the basic physical impacting on the exercise attitudehas significantly improved, compared with no significant effect fun teaching. Fun basketballteaching conform fully explain the requirements of the new curriculum, students who activelyparticipate in sports suitable for regulating health psychology, the improving physical fitness ofstudents also have some positive effect, to promote appropriate use.Recommendation: In the middle school physical education, an appropriate combination ofeducation of fun teaching and game teaching, not only active classroom atmosphere,andimprove their physical fitness, but also can inspire students to actively participate in activesports psychologically. |
