Topic basis: Physical education is a form of physical education teaching activities carried out by schools.With the reform of the new high school curriculum standards,physical education has become the main course for cultivating students’ comprehensive development.High school students transitioning from adolescence to adulthood are at a critical stage of physical development and the best time for teenagers to improve their physical fitness.Basketball is currently one of the learning programs offered in high school physical education courses.In the process of physical education teaching,adding "healthy physical fitness" training intervention can not only help students gain reserves of their physical fitness,but also continue to learn basketball skills further.Research purpose: Starting from healthy physical fitness training,this article tests the changes in physical fitness indicators(body mass index,muscle fitness indicators,cardiopulmonary fitness indicators,flexibility fitness indicators)and basketball skills before and after the experiment through 14 weeks of basketball elective class teaching,and explores the impact of healthy physical fitness training on the physical fitness and basketball skills of high school students in basketball elective classes.Research method: 80 students in the optional basketball course of senior one in Nanning No.9 Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects,which were divided into 40 students in the experimental class and 40 students in the control class,including 20 boys and 20 girls in the experimental class,20 boys and 20 girls in the control class.The experimental class carried out 14 weeks of health Physical fitness training and basketball optional course teaching,while the control class carried out 14 weeks of conventional traditional basketball optional course teaching.Before the experiment,the Physical fitness indicators(Body mass index,muscle fitness indicators,cardiorespiratory fitness indicators,flexibility fitness indicators)and basketball technical indicators(one minute shooting,two round-trip dribbles in the whole court,run-up touch high)of the two classes were tested,and it was verified that there was no significant difference between the two classes in the above indicators(P>0.05).After the experiment,the Physical fitness index and basketball technology of the two classes were tested,and the changes of Physical fitness index and basketball technology index of the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment were analyzed.Research results:(1)After the experiment in the experimental class,compared with before,the body mass index(BMI)of boys decreased significantly(P<0.05);There was a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the reduction of two round trip dribbling layups at 1000 M throughout the game;The pull-up,standing long jump,sitting forward bending,one minute shooting,and approach touch height increased significantly(P<0.01);Slightly higher in height and slightly lower in weight,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of girls,weight,body mass index(BMI),800 M,and two round-trip dribbling layups decreased significantly(P<0.01);There was a very significant difference(P;The height is slightly higher,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)After the control class experiment,compared with before the experiment,the body mass index(BMI)of boys decreased significantly(P<0.05);There was a very significant difference(P<0.01)in the reduction of two round trip dribbling layups at 1000 M throughout the game;The standing long jump and one minute shooting increased significantly(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in height,pull-up,forward bending in the sitting position,slightly higher approach height,and slightly lower weight(P>0.05);In terms of girls,weight and body mass index(BMI)decreased significantly(P<0.05);800M,two round-trip dribbles throughout the court decreased,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01);One minute sit ups increased significantly(P<0.05);One minute shooting increased significantly(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in height,standing long jump,sitting forward bending,and slightly higher approach touch height(P>0.05).(3)After the experiment,compared with the control class,the experimental class showed a significant decrease in the number of double dribbling layups for boys,showing a significant difference(P<0.01);The body weight and body mass index(BMI)significantly decreased,showing a significant difference(P<0.05);There was a significant increase in pull-up,one minute shooting,and approach touch height(P<0.05);The standing long jump significantly increased,showing a very significant difference(P<0.01);There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in height and sitting position with slightly higher forward flexion;1000M is slightly lower,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of girls,there was a significant decrease in the number of round-trip dribbles and layups throughout the game(P<0.01);The height of the approach run increased significantly,showing a significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in height,one minute sit ups,standing long jump,sitting forward bending,and one minute shooting(P>0.05).Body weight,body mass index(BMI),and 800 M were slightly lower,showing no significant difference(P>0.05).Research conclusion:(1)Through a 14 week teaching experiment intervention,both healthy physical fitness training and conventional traditional teaching can improve body mass index and cardiopulmonary fitness.Compared to conventional traditional teaching,the effect of healthy physical fitness training is more significant;Compared to conventional traditional teaching,healthy physical fitness training has a more significant improvement effect on high school students’ muscle fitness and flexibility.(2)Through a 14 week teaching experiment intervention,the improvement effect of health fitness training and conventional traditional teaching on the height and weight of high school students and boys is not significant.(3)Through a 14 week teaching experiment intervention,both healthy physical fitness training and conventional traditional teaching can improve the weight of girls.Compared to conventional traditional teaching,the effect of healthy physical fitness training is more significant.(4)Through a 14 week teaching experiment intervention,both healthy physical fitness training and conventional traditional teaching can improve high school students’ basketball skills.Compared to conventional traditional teaching,healthy physical fitness training has a more significant improvement effect.
