A Study On The Community Integration Of "New Residents" From The Perspective Of Social Exclusion

Along with the economy development of our country, the market demand more labor resource increasingly. More and more people of countryside and another direction people come to the city. A large number of foreign populations solve the demand for labor. In addition, the mobility of the population greatly strengthens, population structure tends to diversity. It contains migrant workers and other laborers, also contains technical personnel and college graduates who engage in mental work. This part of people has been called of migrant workers, the floating population such a discriminatory words. In fact, most of them lived a long time in the city, and have settled in the city, they live in the city’s objective not only to access economic satisfaction, more access to psychological sense of belonging and identity. City new residents desire in the process of make contributions to the city’ and really into the city, became a real city dwellers, but from all aspects of social exclusion become their social integration resistance.This article begins from the three dimensions of community integration, respectively from three aspect of the economic, social, cultural and psychological fusion that the new residential community fusion status and social exclusion condition. This survey by questionnaire and literature analysis, supplemented by case interviews, carried on the analysis and finally the application of statistical analysis software.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects. In the first and two chapters is the introduction and literature research part. Account of the content background, theoretical basis, and the related research of the former literatures. The content of the third chapter is the analysis of the results of the interview questionnaire which collect the case records and description of the present situation of new residents of the community integration. The fourth chapter uses the social exclusion theory, to analyze the reasons of the fact which is mentioned. The fifth chapter is the analysis above and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the investigation and study, we found that the different characteristics of the new residents present have the community integration of different degree. The degree of integration is related to economy, occupation, the mentality of the impact of factors. The overall economic integration degree is high; the social and cultural psychology fusion level is relatively low.
