In recent decades, the party and the state has always attached great importance to students’ healthy development, formulate and implement the "standard" is a major measure for nearly 10 years to deepen the reform of curriculum, improve teaching quality. The guiding ideology of curriculum follows the "health first", and self practice to student’s main body status ability, guides the student to comprehend sports and health knowledge, master the basic skills, the cultivation of students’ volitional quality, cooperation ability. Further research is dedicated to the "standard", the research on the problem of the existence of the gap, the main reason, thus the reform of teaching contents and methods are discussed. On the basis of the existing sports and health evaluation of learning, from the characteristics of physical and psychological development of junior high school students in the classroom, interspersed with the use of sports games, not only can meet the "standard" requirements, the society and the development of the times, but also in promoting the comprehensive development of students, the implementation of quality education has been very good promotion.This article utilizes the literature material law, the questionnaire survey method, experimental comparison and mathematical statistics and other methods, to Shanxi Province Qin County Experimental Middle School Grade two students in Junior High School Department of the 6 classes as the object of study, conducts an investigation into two classes on a random sample of 112 students. The content includes the intervention of sports games on students’ sports participation status, basic skills assessment, physical health promotion, mental health and social communication ability, carries on the analysis through the questionnaire survey and the measured data, draw the following conclusions:(1) Intervention in sports after the game to the junior middle school student sports participation plays a positive role;(2) Have a certain role in promoting intervention in sports games on students’ basic skills;(3) Intervention in sports games on students’ physical quality has a certain degree of improvement;(4) Intervention sports games on junior middle school students’ mental health and social adaptation ability plays a promoting role.Finally, according to the above conclusion, put forward the following suggestions: 1. Strengthening the teachers team management, in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the "standards"; 2. Create a system of rewards and punishments, encourage teachers to add research methods in teaching intervention in sports game style; 3. Continuous innovation game content and style according to the actual situation of the students; 4. Creation of students’ physical quality and comprehensive development of the game; 5. The introduction of the game should strengthen the cultivation of the students’ consciousness of participation.
