In the situation of comprehensive promotion of the national health level and the strategy of "health first",as an important part of the higher vocational education reforms,the physical education reform faces with new demands and challenges.Therefore,the study on the implementation of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges is conducive to discovering the problems in the curriculum refom,perfecting theories of physical education and enhancing the quality of talents training.On the basis of analyzing the theory of curriculum implementation at home and abroad,this paper deeply analyses the curriculum standards of Sports and Health course.With a case analysis of Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technology College,this paper conducts the survey and study on the status and influencing factors of the implementation of the physical education courses in higher vocational colleges,as well as puts forwards countermeasures and suggestions on physical education reforms of higher vocational colleges for the problems existed in implementation.This study is conducive to making the teaching targets and tasks of physical education of higher vocational colleges clear,developing curriculum resources,constructing teaching troops and curriculum evaluation system,as well as promoting the practical physical education teaching.Through in-depth study of the curriculum standards of the Sports and Health course of colleges countrywide,higher vocational colleges and Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technology College,this paper comprehensively analyzes the implementation content of physical education standards.According to the investigation and analysis on the implementation status of physical education courses in Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technology College,the cognitive grades of teachers and students towards physical education courses,subjective consciousness of college leaders,construction of teachers troops,teaching resources configuration,curriculum evaluation system,professional talents training and social needs are the important factors that restrict the implementation of curriculum standards of Sports and Health course.This paper aims at analyzing and summarizing the factors affecting the implementation of physical education courses in Hunan Petrochemical Vocational Technology College,and proposes how to strengthen the construction of teaching troops,perfect course development model,optimize physical education conditions,improve the standards of safety education and carry out sports activities.
