| With the advance of time, we should adhere to the development of basic education and train all kinds of people in order to promote quality education and to establish the status of socialist modernization. The reform should be to effectively speed up the process of physical education and health curriculum standards, which is the core of the whole education reform. Therefore, the new round of curriculum reform is the most important task.This paper takes the PE teachers and students of Wenzhou key high schools as the research object, and use the scientific methords, including the uses of literature, questionnaire, interview, logical analysis, and mathematical statistics, to survey 55 teachers and 450 students in 7 key high schools , Wenzhou City of Zhejiang Province. The main content of the survey includes the level of understanding of basic concepts of PE and health curriculum standard which the teachers and students have; the choice of teachers on the PE teaching materials; the teaching mode; the mastery of knowledge and skills that the students have; the faculty, space, equipment and so on. After a period of investigation and data analysis, I identify the some factors which constraint the implementation process of PE and health curriculum standards in key high schools of Wenzhou. According to these constraint factors, I identify the countermeasure which will provide a reference and theoretical basis for the implementation process of PE and health curriculum standards on key high schools of Wenzhou. The study results show that:1. In the extending process of PE and health curriculum standards, and in the implementation of curriculum standards in key high schools of Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, the content of PE curriculum standards is essentially implemented. Although some ideas of the PE and health curriculum standards are used by teachers, the guiding ideologies are still not adequate. The teachers used to have some misunderstanding when they were teaching students in the class. They prefer to use some traditional methods to solve problems.2. The Faculty structure of Wenzhou key high schools is relatively reasonable, but the quantity of teachers is not enough. Teachers younganization is serious, and the number of teacher training is not enough. Senior level teachers of faculty account for only 20%.3. The key high schools of Wenzhou should strength the input on the fields and equipments. The stadium facilities are not adequate in some schools.4. The theory course on PE and health is not very good in key high schools of Wenzhou, which will cause the students not fully understand the essence and meaning of PE and health curriculum standards. 5. The teaching assessment on the PE and health curriculum standards of Wenzhou key high schools is still relatively optimistic, which, in some level of standards, will promote the progress of the PE and health curriculum standards. |
