As the basic education reform and development, teacher education has rapid development momentum. The head teacher as a special group of teachers, the nature of work determines in the primary and secondary school education has an important status and role. In recent 10 years, primary and secondary school head teacher professional development has been more and more people attention, The head teacher research and studies as the main way to realize the head teacher professional, its independence from head teacher training gradually, Especially the development of school-based research, make the head teacher research and studies become more fine.Advanced study and training community of the head teacher, as a form of innovation in the head teacher training practice,has been known. But further study is still scarce, practical experience is not enough, there are a number of problems. The author grab from fountainhead, thinking “what is a head teacher advanced study and training” “How to make advanced study and training more effective” “How to make the head teacher professional development goals and advanced study and training appropriate” these problems.In this paper, the first part is the introduction, system elaborated the research background, research purpose, concept definition. In order to make more comprehensive research, at the same time in the analysis of advanced study and training community of the head teacher research status, The study of advanced study and training community of teachers also are summarized, Finally after a comprehensive review,refine their own research orientation, the concrete problems, then clarify own research idea. In this paper, use the literature research, investigation, study and action research method. The second part mainly discusses the problems existing in current advanced study and training community of primary and secondary school head teacher, to explore the root causes of these problems, to find the entry point for improvement, to make the community construction more targeted. The third part puts forward the advanced study and training community of primary and secondary school teacher operation system, its theoretical basis for Kolb “experience learning circle” theory, system to build “Si Xi Yi Ti” operating mode, running mechanism, implementation method. With “Liu Jiang head teacher training project” for the practice platform, the specific practices in practice are described, To help readers more intuitive understanding of the academic community to build. The fourth part makes the rational analysis for advanced study and training community of constructing. Using questionnaires and case analysis form to analyze the implementation effect, deficiencies and put forward some feasible suggestions for improvement.
