Teachers learning community is a hot issue in recent years,which has become the most important and the most effective way for teachers' professional development.The construction of the teachers learning community has become increasingly important for teachers' professional development.How to construct a diverse,scientific and effective teachers learning community has been an issue that is worth exploring.A primary school which is located in the southern areas of Xinjiang has the teachers learning community,such as teaching and research group.The study researches the current situation of A school's teachers about the teachers learning community by using the methods of observation,interview and survey,and further analyzes the questions and puts forward suggestions about promote the construction of teachers learning community,which hope provide reference for teachers learning community.This study is based on the idea of "document analysis-problems analysis-making suggestions",which defines the related concepts,observes the development of the teachers learning community in A primary school,does the interview and questionnaire for teachers,analyzes the problems and reasons which exist in the practice of teachers learning community,and further puts forward corresponding suggestions for promotion.The article consists of five parts.The first part establishes the objectives and contents based on the literature review.In the meanwhile,it explains the research ideas and methods,the reasons for selection and research significance,And further defines the core concepts of the learning community and the teachers learning community.The second part draws on contextual learning theory,practical community theory,and social constructive theory,and describes the basic standards and operation requirements of the teachers learning community(construction requirements and principles,activities ways,and operating mechanisms);The third part introduces the form and current situation of teachers learning community in A primary school,which includes the teaching and research activities of teaching and research group,as well as the training activities of young teachers,construction of students' classrooms and other forms.In the meanwhile,it investigates the current situation of the teachers learning community;The fourth part analyzes the problems in the teachers learning community operation in A primary school: a weak cooperation sense,a lower participation enthusiasm,the lack of practical impetus,an unsound school management system,and analyzes the reasons behind the problem;The fifth section proposes corresponding improvement strategies for the problems: Improving the awareness of school leaders and teachers on the value of teacher learning communities,Strengthening teachers' development awareness and cooperation enthusiasm,playing a leading role for school leaders in the construction of learning communities,deepening the process of teachers learning community building,promoting management methods in order to expand the space for professional development of teachers.
