With the continuous advancement and development of comprehensive quality education in our country,the investment of various departments and schools in education is increasing.Under the background of continuous education reform,the quality level of teachers is also improving.In order to promote the professional development of teachers,the formation of a more professional team of teachers,to obtain better teaching results,aimed at improving the professional and technical level of teachers to promote the reform and development of educational curriculum to enhance the quality of teaching various types of teacher training activities nationwide Widely carried out.With the extensive support of the state and society,the teaching level and humanistic quality of the majority of teachers have been improved to a certain extent.However,due to the different types of training,the different training institutions result in different training effects.This paper introduces the "community of learning",which has a high level of concern,into teacher training to improve the training effect of teachers’ abilities.This article mainly analyzes the status quo of the quality level of backbone teachers in kindergartens in Heilongjiang Province and the problems existing in the training programs,trying to find the corresponding solutions.Specifically for this article,at present,there are mainly problems such as the dislocation of motivation between training and participants,the lack of interdependent training content,the old training forms,and the lack of innovation in the teacher training model.This paper mainly aims at these problems and combines with the study community to find out the corresponding strategies to solve these problems,that is to improve the system through further system improvement and innovation,to promote the diversification of training methods,to establish an appropriate evaluation system and reasonably grasp the quality and effectiveness of training And innovate the teacher training model so as to promote the effective improvement of teachers’ teaching level and humanistic quality so as to promote the effective implementation of comprehensive quality education in our country.Heilongjiang Provincial Kindergarten backbone teacher training is based on the requirements of early childhood education reform and development,follow the law of kindergarten teachers’ professional growth,combined with the actual situation of provincial kindergarten backbone teachers,in order to improve the professional competence of key teachers in rural kindergarten,participatory training And practice teaching as the main training model of the project.This paper mainly analyzes the actual situation of the training project to understand the system innovation,training forms,training content,training results,evaluation system and teachers’informatization ability training of teacher training model in learning community.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper studies the effectiveness of teacher learning communities and the quality of teachers’ participation in training so as to contribute to the innovation and development of Heilongjiang Province and our country’s teacher training model.
