Research On The Predicament And Optimization Strategy Of Aerobics Elective Course In Changchun City

Aerobics is a dance, music, fitness, entertainment, which integrates aerobic exercise program. In recent years, college students learning calisthenics sports enthusiasm is very high, aerobics has become a hot project of college students’ physical exercise. But as the aerobics movement into the sports option class, inevitable in the development of the aerobics option course have some problems, potentially affect the long-term and stable development of colleges and universities aerobics movement.To this, this study mainly usec the literature material law, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the changchun city of aerobics option course in common colleges and universities education teaching, the teachers troop construction, field survey, students cognitive behavioral conditions are in search of changchun normal college aerobics option course development.The main factors research says:(1) of the college students of aerobics option course in changchun low satisfaction, participation is not strong, the students learning motivation in order to strengthen physical health is given priority to, part of the students’ learning attitude is not correct.(2) of changchun college aerobics option course no unified teaching material, teaching method is given priority to with combination of theory teaching and practice teaching, the teaching method is unitary, the evaluation method is given priority to with summative evaluation, overall less teaching hours, poor teaching facilities.(3) the changchun college aerobics option course teachers in the majority with women, age is given priority to with 31-40 of young teachers, the overall education level is low, the average teaching experience in 15 years.(4) main influence factors of changchun college aerobics option course teaching is lack of effective supervision, lack of facility equipment maintenance and maintenance, teaching organization and management is not sound, teachers have a relatively low level of education and teaching, the participation motivation of college students is not clear.To this, the author put forward the constructive Suggestions below:(1) promote the teaching quality of the changchun aerobics in higher education, in teaching methods, examination evaluation on the improvement and innovation, increase in aerobics teaching class, to promote the healthy development of the aerobics lesson options.(2) improve and perfect the changchun college aerobics facilities condition, increase investment in university sports facilities construction funds, so as to meet the needs of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.(3) raising the level of business in changchun college aerobics teachers, according to the teaching need to constantly improve the level of aerobics teachers’ professional knowledge and business, promote the formation of teachers form the consciousness of lifelong learning.(4) improve the changchun city college students to participate in the enthusiasm and initiative of aerobics option course, strengthen students understanding of aerobics connotation, function, characteristics, arouse the students’ interest in learning calisthenics.
