Higher vocational training class is the outstanding embodiment of the unique characteristic of higher vocational education, and the key to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.. The practical teaching of higher vocational training is carried out in the school training base, and the practical teaching activity is carried out between the teachers and the students.. The higher vocational teachers design the training classroom teaching, and make the students obtain the vocational knowledge and the vocational skills in the limited training time, and form the professional quality.. To higher vocational education to cultivate high-quality technical talents to meet the needs of the community, the key is to enhance the quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational training under the guidance of this idea concerns the design and implementation of higher vocational colleges training classroom teaching has become a research key.The selection of Higher Vocational College culinary tourism department of cooking technology and nutrition professionals "Chinese cooking technology training classroom teaching as the research object, research and analysis of the training of the classroom teaching design and implementation process. The cultivation of practical skills, the study of theoretical knowledge and the formation of vocational quality are emphasized in practice teaching.. The teaching design of the training classroom mainly includes the target of classroom teaching, the content of classroom teaching, the design of classroom teaching strategy. The practice of the training classroom teaching is composed of three parts:the teaching process of the professional theory, the teaching of the teachers, the students independent practical training operation.. This article through interviews and data analysis from three aspects of the training of the classroom teaching target, content of practice teaching, training of the classroom teaching strategies explore vocational training of the classroom teaching design process, from the training goal of classroom teaching implementation, training classroom teaching content organization, training of the classroom teaching strategy use and relationship between teachers and students in the classroom training four aspects to construct training classroom teaching from "lesson" to "class" in the bridge, understand the connection and difference between the design and implementation.Through observation and interview on classroom teaching in higher vocational training, summarized in the following:a higher vocational training classroom teaching goal connotation thin, goal of unifying teaching; the second is training of the classroom teaching in higher vocational education theory knowledge and professional skills imbalance on the problems existed in training of the classroom teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges, resulting in the single teaching content; the third is to create the situation of classroom teaching in higher vocational training is not perfect, in the implementation process of Higher Vocational Students’ role positioning is not clear, the teaching method using single, higher vocational students’ creativity and development of comprehensive quality is not in place. The paper presents three aspects of suggestions based on the concrete problems existing in the training of the classroom teaching of Higher Vocational Education: one is to improve the ability of higher vocational teaching; the second is to strengthen the construction of practical training base in higher vocational colleges, the effective use of; the third is to reform ideas of transformation of the training of the classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges.
