Practical Teaching in Higher Vocational C ollege Students C reative Ability in favor of rich human Vocational C olleges Theory, Implications and Orientation of Higher Professional Education of clarity;helping to train high quality talents, and build students’ creative ability and effective training system. Found multiple intelligences theory, people management theory through the study of literature and Constructivist Learning View to provide theoretical support for the practice of higher vocational colleges teaching students creative ability. Practice of Higher Vocational College Teaching students creative abilit y universal, comprehensive and developmental characteristics. Through interviews, combined with digital media professional digital video post-production practice teaching in experimental course, room service and hotel management courses management practice, the practice of higher vocational colleges teaching process, the problems were analyzed. Vocational C ollege Students’ Practical Innovation Ability in Teaching Problems main ly from schools and students themselves in two ways. Existing schools which include: Practical Teaching Innovation Abilit y culture is not strong, long- term teaching practice restricted by the traditional concept of education, innovation and quality of higher vocational colleges teaching practice teachers is not high, the lack of community school construction practice teaching innovation and professional guidance; students their own problems, there are many, including: Practical Teaching students creat ive consciousness is more, innovative thinking is not active enough, poor ability, social responsibility is not strong, innovative talents recognized weak.According to Practical Training Students C reative Ability problems affecting Practical Reason Vocational C ollege Students’ C reative Ability to analyze problems, including both subjective and objective, and school factors, social factors, family factors, multiple angles students themselves and other objective factors to analyze the existence of objective factors and constraints, from the students’ practical ability, social responsibility, the spirit of exploration and willpower angles to explore the influence of subjective factors. By influencing factors on the practice in Vocational C ollege St udents ’Creative Ability and summarized, we can have a series of specific questions on how to address the constraints of the targeted students’ creative ability in the development of teaching practice to provide the way forward. Problems and Factors Affecting Students’ Creative Teaching Ability practice exists for colleges, from raising awareness of the importance of the practice of Higher Colleges of Vocational Students’ Innovative Abilit y; strengthen the practice of teaching to improve students’ ability of independent innovation; optimization campus practice teaching methods, improve school practice base construction; strengthen the construction of campus practice teaching base, improve the effectiveness of innovative ability in four areas were discus sed in detail, and gives specific implementation ideas and measures on how to practice teaching in vocational colleges train and develop students’ creative ability to make the necessary research and discussion.
