Along with social progress, the development of science and technology as well as the implementation of the curriculum reform and propulsion, teachers’role conflict has gradually become a hot topic in the field of sociology of education. The research at home and abroad on the teachers ’role conflict has gradually increased. In the school life,teachers play the role on various types, but also faced with different expectations, so the role conflict lead to intricate.This study selected three representative of the lower primary class teacher as the research object, through the real and rich diary, interviews, observations in log as first-hand material, the original ecological demonstrated the complex and difficult about the role to play in the teacher’s daily life, by rendered the type of role conflict within and Inter-role conflict, to seek the social and individual causes and put forward the suggestions of the rationalization to the lower primary class teacher in order to ease the conflict.Studies have shown that national policy, social, school, parents are given the content of teachers’roles, different role expect made the class teacher work hard and pressure heavy. The class teacher played class teacher’s role in daily life, subject teachers and training role, in the family also had the role of daughter, wife, mother. The real role-playing highlights the class teacher living complex and difficult.The study concluded that the type of the class teacher’s role conflict, including:(1) the role conflict within:the class teacher’s role conflict within, the teachers’ conflict within; (2) inter-role conflict:the role conflict between teacher and mother, and wife, and daughter.The study also from the social and individual causes to analyze the class teacher’s role conflict, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. (1) Social causes:social expectations too high, the pressure of the educational environment, the class teacher’s training is not timely, this proposed countermeasures include:countries should effectively protect the class teacher’s pay and implementation of the class teacher’s selection and training, social and parents should respect and shared by the class teacher’s living situation, schools should be given the class teacher certain degree of flexibility and regulate its role type; (2) the individual causes:age work experience, character and temperament, the role of the individual expect,this proposed countermeasures include:time management institute, institute of division o, learn self-extracting.
