Along with the progress of The Times and the advancement of new curriculum reform, the positioning and role of the teacher in education gradually changes,teachers' role conflict problem has become a hot topic in the field of sociology of education. The teacher in charge in the school education has played a major role, it is endowed with a wide range of roles rules and expectations, their role conflict problem has become a group of teachers is most urgent and intense. This article in the field of the university teacher in charge's role conflict question as the focus, to cause the school and the society for the work of the teacher in charge of related thought.Therefore, this paper to the teacher in charge as the research object, the specific field at school teacher in charge's role conflict question, to consider the real situation of the teacher in charge work at school.
