The new round curriculum reform demands the education and training needed to social development and innovative talents, requires us to change the original single form, the students’ passive teaching mode, establish and form can fully mobilize and play the subjectivity of students teaching mode, make the student learn actively and willing under the guidance of teachers. Students are expected to not only have the system knowledge, have more ability to learn and innovate, but also to lay the foundation for lifelong development, and eventually they can become real social needed talents."Self-Learning before teaching" is to develop one of the characteristics of the teaching mode of students’ autonomy. In China, there are many successful cases. "The self-study guide case" refers to "the implementation process of the teaching mode of learning before teaching", in the students’ self-study stage, for guiding the students thinking problem list. Application of "self-learning guide case" can optimize the senior one chemistry teaching? How teachers should design "the self-study guide case", and what strategies should be used about self-study guide case in senior one chemistry class are the main research contents of this thesis.Based on the theoretical basis of application "self-study guide case" of teaching, the thesis elaborated in the senior one chemistry teaching the application of "self-study guide case" design ideas, teachers’psychological stance and classroom teaching process. Combined with the subject characteristics of chemistry of senior one, presents the design principle of "self-study guide case" analysis, classification of self-study guide case senior one in one year teaching practice. At the same time, the use of the actual teaching case is introduced based on the "self-study guide case" classroom teaching strategies. The teaching experiment was carried out for one year application "self-study guide case" in the senior one chemistry teaching, and through the students’learning achievement analysis, observation, practical classroom teaching situation of the students questionnaire, interviews, and teaching experiment, the information and feedback are collected. The study found that:the application of "self-learning guide case" in the senior one chemistry teaching are welcomed by students. Students’initiative is stimulated and classroom learning can cultivate students self-learning ability. Besides, students’ability to solve problems is significantly improved, and they have obvious progress in learning achievement.Research shows that design and compilation of "self-study guide case" to adhere to the "guidance is the key", "level to be clear" and "ability as the center" as three basic principles. Appropriate application of teaching strategies "self-study guide case" teaching for "exhibition of achievements, outstanding students", "to discuss cooperation, achieve mutual win-win", "to avoid light weight, constructing efficient class", "explanation, break through the cognitive limitations" etc..The thesis also carries out a profound reflection on the application of "self-study guide case" in the senior one chemistry teaching, and points out the limitations and shortcomings of them.
