The curriculum reform requires teachers to change their educational concepts in order to develop students' abilities of independent learning,cooperative learning,practical operation and inquiry,etc.,and change their learning styles to focus on teaching to implement classroom teaching,so that students can gradually form key abilities and necessary qualities to adapt to social development.Under the background of curriculum reform,many educators have carried out teaching reforms in terms of teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching processes,and teaching activities.In particular,some schools have attempted to explore innovative research in the teaching mode.The author studied in S Middle School for 3 years,and the school researched and established the “Double Teacher Classroom” teaching model of “Teacher-Student Joint Research,Teacher-Friendship Reciprocity”.Its purpose is to change the teaching methods and methods,improve teaching quality,improve the education level of chemistry teachers,and cultivate students' core qualities.The research process is as follows:First,consult the relevant literature,understand the current research situation at home and abroad,and establish relevant theories as guiding ideology,such as constructivism theory,cognitive development theory and recent development area theory,learning pyramid theory and so on.Second,determine the research object.Select a high school class as the study object.By comparing monthly exam results,select parallel classes.Third,parallel classes use the traditional teaching mode and the “double teacher classroom” teaching mode to conduct classes,and then conduct tests,questionnaires,and interviews.First,post-classroom testing is conducted to analyze the feasibility of the results before and after the experiment.Second,questionnaires are distributed to analyze the impact on students from four aspects of chemistry learning interest,classroom participation,learning ability and learning methods,and self-realization and evaluation.Again,interview teachers to understand how teachers feel during the implementation of this model.After the statistical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: Compared with traditional teaching models,the “Double Teacher Classroom” teaching model has certain effectiveness in improving the performance,and has a more significant effect on the academic performance of elite classes;“Double Teacher Classroom” teaching model The use of this technology will help students stimulate interest in chemistry,increase classroom participation,enhance self-learning skills,and change the way they study.It also has a more significant impact on elite students.Fourth,we must affirm its advantages and analyze its shortcomings.The advantages of the model: 1 fully embodies the "student-centered,teacher-led" education concept;2 helps students to develop good study habits,learn the correct method of learning,improve student achievement;3 enhance students Independent learning and thinking ability,cooperative inquiry ability,language expression ability,etc.;4 It is conducive to cultivating students' core qualities,and enables students to gradually form the necessary qualities and key abilities to adapt to social development.The inadequacy of this model: the mechanical use of the guiding case increases the student gap;the unified application of the guide case weakens the teacher's unique understanding of the course;in the course of the classroom implementation,the teaching time is too rigid,the efficiency and participation of the students in each session Not enthusiastic.Finally,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of the writing of the guide and the implementation of the lesson in order to form a more appropriate teaching model.In the case of tutorials,the guiding case of the elite class and the ordinary class is designed separately.The school provides a specialized seminar room for teachers to communicate with each other.In the course of class implementation,the students' autonomous behavior is regulated.The teaching time distribution can be scaled according to the situation.Sex,improve teachers' professional quality and teaching level.
