On the Background of he New Curriculum Reform of chemistry for senior high school, In the past, the research content of hand-held sensing technology in high school chemistry teaching in our country is mainly focused on the research activ ities and in the current situation rou tine inquiry teaching cases is relatively missing. So this subject choose high school chem istry” experimental chemistry” [Shandong scientific press](Topic 3 Substance detection, Topic 2 Determination of the content of a component in m atter-- activity 2 Dete rmination of iron content in iron supplement) as m y content of study. The paper includes the following parts.The f irst part is in troduction.This part introduc es the backgr ound and signi ficance of the topic, and re views the relevant research results at hom e and abr oad.And innovation of this s tudy will be refined.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study. Based on the conclusions and recommendations of the third part of the study, to the constructiv ism theory, recent development region theory, cooperative learning theory, information technology and curriculum integration requirem ents of th e times and the high school chem istry curriculum standards, The design of th e teaching case of "iron elem ent content determination in food" lesson was carried out.And proposed implementation strategy for supporting the implementation of the case.The sixth part, conclusions and ou tlook. The conclusions and recomm endations is to summarize the above parts of this paper; objective analysis of the deficiencies in the existing research, provide guidance and advice to deepen and im prove the follow-up study.
