After a new round of basic education curriculum reform, Comprehensive Practice course appears into our field of vision. Comprehensive Practice Course is based on the students’ experience, the students themselves living in close contact with social reality, reflecting the comprehensive application of knowledge, which has the basic characteristics of openness, practicality, integrity and process and so on. Comprehensive Practice Course not only adapts to the personality development of students, but also adapts to the needs of social development.However, there have been many problems in the implementation of Comprehensive Practice Course. Such as teachers do not know how to determine the course content because the lack of teaching materials, the limitations of indoor classroom curriculum activities and so on. In order to improve the effectiveness of the course undertaken, I made ideas to design unit frame of comprehensive practice curriculum, expecting to carry out curriculum activities to improve efficiency and promote the cultivation of students’ multiple intelligences.The ideas were enriched and improved through literature research and practical observations on the theme of learning unit, and this article presents a frame which helps students grasp the overall framework of its thematic learning unit and can be used to solve real problems in the context of the design. In the specific design, the iteration cycle framework was designed under the guidance of the concept of "design-based research"; The whole frame is divided into teaching analysis, strategic analysis, and teaching evaluation three modules under the guide of Smith Reagan" instructional design model; The content was made systematic under the guidance of "theme thought"; "design thinking" focused on designing learning activities; The "theory of Multiple Intelligences" helps to make sure learner’s development goals. Finally, the implementation of related topics and case analysis heps to verify the feasibility of the framework and its reflection and correction.In the last, I summarized the main work and innovation of this research, it is described in detail which remains to be further carried out in this study, but also provides a case study of the theme of learning and reflection for other courses unit design.
