As a pre-school education major student, how to be a "good teachers", has always been a matter of the author is thinking. "Kindergarten teachers’ professional standards (trial)" in 2011, guidelines for kindergarten teachers to a right way of "good teacher", whether teachers’ professional philosophy and morality, or the teacher should have and possess the expertise and professional competence are a necessary condition and the basic qualities of kindergarten teachers. Teachers’ education activities planning and implementation capacity is the core part of the professional ability, to be a good teacher, should have the ability of scientific planning and implementation in accordance with their age and education of kindergarten educational activities.This study is based on the "Kindergarten teachers’ professional standards (trial)", selected 145 kindergarten teachers that attended the Luliang University "the state training program" as the research object, with the literature research, questionnaire, field observations and interviews as the main research method, to investigate the status quo of the training kindergarten teachers education activities planning and implementation capacity, combined with the training status and effect concerning education activities planning and implementation capacity in "the state training program", to provide some referential suggestions to improve kindergarten teachers education activities planning and implementation capacity, at the same time, to provide a theoretical basis for the kindergarten teachers "the state training program", which makes the training more targeted.From the investigation and analysis of the training kindergarten teachers education activities planning and implementation capacity status can be seen, after "the state training program", the preschool teachers to participate in the "national training plan" after the training, the professional ability has been greatly improved, kindergarten teachers professional ability has been greatly improved, especially in the "education activities planning and implementation capacity" this aspect is especially obvious. Found in the questionnaire on training kindergarten teachers, based on the "kindergarten teacher professional standards (Trial)" made in four basic requirements, training kindergarten teachers thought that their education activities design ability, ability to use appropriate teaching methods, organization of education, guide the children active learning ability of the four level is in the middle position. However, in author’s observation and interviews revealed that some training kindergarten teachers education activities planning and implementation capacity is still a problem, such as, in the education activities planning issues:while planning the education activities, activity name is not standardized and not clear, activity target is not comprehensive, divorced from reality and the subject of confusion, activity materials lack of children’s participation and the right age of children; in the education activities implementation issues:teacher lack of effective questioning and degeneration in the implementation process of education activities, and at the end of the activity, there is no effective extension of activities.The main problem for training kindergarten teachers education activities planning and implementation capacity exists, I believe that the influence factors of the kindergarten teachers’ own aspects, such as professional identity is not high, and ignore the subjective position of children; "The state training program" also has some impact on their ability, such as, there is a deviation of the training mode and kindergarten teachers’ training requirements before training, the same time, "more theoretical and less practical" problem exist in the training process. Based on the author discovered in the investigation of the main problem of training kindergarten teachers education activities planning and implementation capacity, this study put forward some referential suggestions of kindergarten teachers from the individual level and "the state training program" level on how to improve the kindergarten teachers education activities planning and implementation capacity.
