Anshan Growing School is a famous teacher training school which main focused on teacher training research. Although it is profit, it still shoulder the important task of teaching and educating, it is still an important issue for training for Anshan Growing School to educate teachers. However, Anshan Growing School has not yet formed a complete teacher training system. Existing training system is only for new recruits young teachers which main includ some basic training, lack of skills,experience guidance and development for all teachers of the potential development. In order to improve the teachers'quality and ability of teaching in Anshan Growing School so that enhance its reputation and competitiveness, this research carried out on teacher training projects.Back in the 1960s, scholars had been aware of the importance of training and began to research on how to build and expand the training system. The best known is the systematic training needs parity theory proposed by Mcgeee and Thayer (1999), which is that through the system evaluation method to determine the training objectives, training, trainees, training methods, training cycle, and their mutual relations, training needs assessment the theory. The reason why emphasising on training needs analysis, because it is basis for successor processes, the accuracy of information training needs analysis, objective scientific directly determine the You can reduce unnecessary human, material and financial resources after training needs analysis, as well as knowing what are the problems and difficulties, what methods and measures so the effectiveness of teacher training can be improved. Therefore, based on training needs analysis, using training related theories, this research re-designed the training project for Anshan Growing School conducting. This research first surveyed the teachers in Anshan Growing School to identify current training needs and collect the incentive methods. At the same time, we know the existing shortcomings and deficiencies which should be considered in my study.After that,this research designed the training project for Anshan Growing School based on training related theories. First, this research identified some training program design principles. Around them, this research identified the training courses and training modules, including problem-centered,case studies as a platform for self-study and other non-centered training model to educate school culture,professional quality and teacher skills.Then, this research also proposed some implementation guarantee methods for this project, including develop and improve relevant systems,establish an effective incentive mechanism,optimal allocate training teams,strengthen the process of supervision and control.Finally, this research summarized the main conclusions of the research, but also pointed out the deficiencies and limitations, as well as future research prospects .
