Environment is an important education resources, has an irreplaceable function of education, to effectively promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional and social development. In recent years, the kindergarten environment creation gets more and more preschool teachers’ attention. The preschool is also committed to develop and make full use of existing environmental resources. As is known to all, the emphasis and difficulty in preschool education development in our country are in rural areas. Town center kindergarten for the radiation areas of the rural kindergarten has demonstration effect and guidable effect, its environment creation level is related to the overall quality of rural preschool education. Therefore, the research of township center kindergarten establishment to improve the indoor environment of the current rural preschool education has an important significance.This research adopts case study method, the selection of the three township center kindergartens in Chifeng city of Inner Mongolia as a case, the comprehensive analysis method, interview method and questionnaire method, etc., three kindergarten with a case of indoor environment created present situation has carried on the thorough study, analyzes the type kindergarten indoor environment in the creation of common existing problems, and puts forward the concrete, the improvement of the targeted strategy. This study focus on the actual situation of township center kindergartens’ indoor environment creation, which hoping to be able to provide some reference for the kindergartens of small towns’ demonstration and guidance. This research is divided into the following five parts:The first part is introduction, including the question proposal, the purpose and significance of the research, literature review and research methods. It expounds the purpose, significance and value of the town center kindergarten to create a good indoor environment.The second part is the theoretical basis of the township center kindergarten’s indoor environment creation. It includes the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis. From the aspect of theory explains the need of creating a good indoor environment for township center kindergarten.The third part is the current situation of township center kindergartens’ indoor environment. It mainly introduced the current situation of A, B, C township center kindergartens’ class environment creation (include the metope environment creation, the activity area environment creation and the living environment creation) and the public environment creation, which from the theme, content, form, material and function of the three kindergartens’ indoor environment creation was analyzed.The fourth part is the problems of the township center kindergartens’ indoor environment creation. This article discusses the existent problems from the main bodies (include government, the management of the kindergarten, preschool teachers, children, etc.) of the indoor environment.The fifth part is the strategies to perfect the town center kindergartens’indoor environment creation. Aiming at the existent problems of the town center kindergartens’ indoor environment to create the improvements of the specific and targeted strategy is put forward.
