Research On The Construction Of Kindergarten Teachers In The Township Center Of S County,Tongliao City

Tongliao City S County is one of the flag counties of Tongliao City,there are 40 public kindergartens,including 1 kindergarten with no county,1 kindergarten without county,1 kindergarten with no county,1 kindergarten with no township,13 kindergartens without township center,and 24 kindergartens without village level.Tongliao S County Township Center Kindergarten was founded in 2011 and opened sequentially since September 2012,and there are now 13 township center kindergartens in the county,all of which are public kindergartens.The kindergarten teacher team in the township center is basically composed of "three types of students",due to the identity of the kindergarten teacher,there are many problems in the construction of the kindergarten teacher team,which restricts the development of the kindergarten in the township center.At present,about 300 of the 380 full-time teachers in the public kindergartens are unprovisioned teachers.Based on the theory of educational fairness,the theory of balanced development of education,and the theory of teacher specialization,the author conducted interviews and surveys on the teaching teams of kindergartens in 8 township centers,analyzed the teacher structure,the current situation of teachers’ survival,the recruitment of teachers,the problem of teacher loss,and the remuneration of teachers,combined with national policies,kindergarten development,high-quality development of preschool education,urban-rural integration of preschool education,and development of basic education,put forward suggestions and countermeasures for existing problems.The problem in the construction of the teaching team of kindergartens in the township center of S County,Tongliao City is a common problem in the kindergartens in the township center,and its main contents are: 1.The teacher structure is unbalanced and unreasonable;the age of the teachers is aging,there are very few professional teachers,and the ratio of teachers to men and women is unbalanced.2.The living conditions of teachers are not optimistic,and the problem of teacher loss is serious;3.The teacher recruitment system is unstable;4.The career attractiveness of teachers is insufficient,and there is a serious problem of teacher loss.The study on the construction of kindergarten teachers in township centers can provide favorable practical significance for the revitalization of rural areas in S County of Tongliao City and the acceleration of the modernization of preschool education.At the same time,it can provide a useful attempt to build a teaching model for preschool teachers in underdeveloped areas of Inner Mongolia,and provide a research basis for the balanced development of local preschool education.
