The puppet State of Manchuria government was formed in 1932.At that time,the Japanese colonist realized the importance of education,they put into force the policy of loyalty to the emperor and set up the vocational schools to develop the technical personnel they needed.According to the local production and living condition,the education department of puppet government and the officials of the Southern Hsingan Province took steps to attract students by adjusting the school majors,retaining minority teachers and offering students financial difficulties allowance and so on,which trained certain cultural and skilled young men.In a way it also improved vocational education level in the Southern Hsingan province.But the main purpose of Japanese colonist is to pillage,no matter what the education system was,its education was enslavement education.This paper objectively analyses how vocational education influenced the local economic and social cultural development in those days,in different aspects from education policies,education institutions,the establishment of schools to teachers and students,sum up the characters of the Southern Hsingan province vocational education development and reveal the essence of the Japanese slavery education.This paper is divided into six main parts:The first part is the introduction. Clarify the significance of vocational education in the Southern Hsingan province during the puppet period,reviews the present situation about the research of this problem,and also put forward the innovation and deficiency in this paper.The second part is the general situation of the education in the Southern Hsingan province puppet State of Manchuria period.On the basic of an overview for the education of the Southern Hsingan province before the period of puppet State of Manchuria established,mainly describes the overall policies and education in the Southern Hsingan province and the basic situation of other kinds of education under guidance of policy.The third part introduces the vocational education policies and institutions in the Southern Hsingan province of the puppet State of Manchuria period.From the perspective of the vocational education policy formulated by the puppet State of Manchuria government,mainly introduces the implementation education and management institution.The fourth part is about the vocational school’s classification and the teachers and students in the Southern Hsingan province of the puppet State of Manchuria period,it makes carding the vocational schools which are historical data available and courses in accordance with its professional training direction system,and expounds the teacher’s employment and treatment,the enrollment of students and subsidies,and so on.The fifth part is about the vocational school curriculum and teaching materials in the puppet State of Manchuria period.Focus on analyzing the courses and all kinds of teaching materials they use.The sixth part is about the characteristics of vocational education and reflection in the puppet State of Manchuria period.It sums up and summarizes the characteristics of vocational education by describing the education policies,management institutions,problems of the school curriculums,further defined the Southern Hsingan province’s vocational education is an important component of the puppet State of Manchuria colonial education and the essence of the slavery education.The seventh part is conclusion. Above all analysis,the paper reveals the facts that the Japanese colonists not only whitewash the colonial history but also enforce the slavery education,the paper means to let us understand the special period and its history,remind us:Don’t forget history, cherish our peace world.
