Informatization is the basic characteristic and the important sign of modern civilization in the Internet age.Accelerating the development of educational informatization is a matter of global education important task. To improve the teaching quality, promote the balanced education resources allocation, promote the fair of education, we need to depend on the informatization of education resources.Modern society has entered the era of "micro". The fast-paced way of life makes people to get effective informations quickly. Such as micro-letter, weibo, micro-video, they express personal ideas by the short contents. In terms of education, the characteristics of the micro-course imposed its short and concision, has becomed a new form of educational informatization.Micro-course refers to the specific knowledge or teaching link in 5-8 minutes a situation presented in the form of video and the interesting of curriculum resources. It is the reform of the educational informatization and the combination of the curriculum,and also is one way to realize the flip class. With the development of educational informationization, development and application of the micro-course also gradually attention and concern. The development and application of the micro-course is of great significance,such as promoting our high quality digital network teaching resource construction, promoting the overall integration of information technology and subject teaching application, changing the way of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning style, promoting of the comprehensive benefits of the elementary education in our country.Micro-course is attented and recognized by teachers,since 2010 teacher Hu Tiesheng who from foshan department of education proposed " micro-course ". Were held in the micro-course competition in our country, the construction of network learning platform. But at present, our country’s micro-course still on the stage of design and development, application mainly concentrated in coastal areas. This paper introduces the basic knowledge of the micro-course, combing the domestic and foreign development and application status of micro-course,and summarizes the deficiency of micro-course development, then aims to put forward the corresponding development and application of strategies, improve the mechanism of the development and application of the micro-course. Studing the feasibility of micro-course applies in the middle of the junior middle school Chinese teaching and method of realization of blended learning,to improve the learning efficiency.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter mainly introduces the background of micro-course and the importance of education, expounds the research purpose, research contents and research methods.The second chapter is on micro-course review of relevant concepts. Introduces the characteristics of the micro-course, type and development process, identify several related concepts. List for micro-course and its teaching application research at home and abroad, comparing domestic and foreign development and application of micro-course, summarizes the current problems in the process of the development of China’s micro-course.The third chapter is the application of micro-course. The first is the language curriculum knowledge which can be used to make micro-course, auxiliary classroom teaching, help students to learn the language knowledge. Secondly from three aspects: before class and after class to the application of micro-course specific interpretation, and assisted by specific micro class case. The third part explain how to use the micro-course by students and teachers. And it is a summary of this chapter.The fourth chapter is the development of micro-course. This chapter includes four parts:the first part is about the present problem of the development and application of micro class of summarization; The second part is the micro class development should follow the principle of,and on the first part of the problem put forward the solution; The third part combing the development process of micro class, presented in the form of flow chart.The fifth chapter is the summary of this paper. Summarizing the content and the conclusion in this paper systematically, and pointing out the deficiency of the article, in order to make sure the study can further and powerful in the further.
