With the popularization of the "Internet +" model,more and more fields combine the original business with the "Internet +" in an attempt to find new developments in their own field.The field of educational technology has always been the practitioner of "Education + Internet",and education-related employee training has also become one of the contents of discussion and research.The existing online training resources are generally lack of curriculum design,rough production,narrow coverage and other problems,and the training effect has also been unable to be certified.With the continuous improvement of the mobile learning environment,micro-courses gradually replace the traditional training by virtue of its short and small,complete curriculum structure and permanent application.With the initial online training resources training,has become an important way for many large and medium-sized enterprises to carry out staff training.As the most employees in most enterprises and the direct creators of the enterprise's interests,it is necessary to continuously receive professional knowledge training to ensure the long-term development of the enterprise.But at present,the micro-course training resources for terminal staff have yet to be designed and developed.This paper studies and analyzes this subject from two aspects of theory and practice,and expounds it from four aspects of research background,research significance,research status and research methods.Firstly,through the research background and the research status of various fields,this paper analyzes the inevitability of the application of micro-curriculum to enterprise training,that is,the characteristics of enterprise terminal staff are huge,short learning time and fragmentation,and the training of terminal staff on a regular basis needs to consume a lot of material and financial resources,and it may not achieve the desired results.Micro Course is compatible with the training of enterprise terminal staff by virtue of its own characteristics.Then the terminal staff to carry out the pre-course design research,according to the survey results and combined with the characteristics of excellent micro-course,summed up the enterprise Terminalstaff training of the micro-course design should adhere to the six principles.Secondly,based on the Bloom Knowledge Classification theory,combined with the work of terminal staff,the knowledge they need is divided into two kinds: non-technical operational knowledge and technical operational knowledge.Based on the theory of generative teaching,the logic,structure and media form of micro course are designed,and the corresponding micro-lesson development mode is designed according to the different knowledge types.Finally,combining with the author's practical experience,this paper selects the nursing staff training course of Green City Endowment Service group as the research case to carry on the micro-course design and development,and designs the experiment Analysis micro-course training effect,on this basis carries on the later series micro-course design and the development.
