Chinese character is the beginning and foundation of Chinese teaching. Chinese teaching should pay attention to the characteristics of Chinese language, according to the Chinese language characteristics of curriculum design, carry out teaching. Numerous teaching practices show that the appropriate use of Chinese characters in the teaching of Chinese language is feasible and necessary..As known to all, the teaching of Chinese characters is the focus of the primary Chinese teaching, but at present in China teaching Chinese characters has been in use traditional writing repeatedly, mechanical memory, literacy and reading teaching mode of phase separation, resulting in the current primary school Chinese teaching has been in an inefficient vicious circle of state. The teaching method is single, the teaching method is limited and the study efficiency is low.. Through the time-consuming process of primary school learning, students with energy memorizing a certain amount of commonly used Chinese characters, but the meaning of the word can only form a superficial understanding, hindering the reading ability development. We believe that the goal of primary school Chinese teaching is not only memorizing a certain amount of common words, more important goal is to achieve as soon as possible reading, develop the pupils’ reading comprehension ability, for the learning of other subjects and secondary phase of the foundation.Middle school Chinese teaching is riddled with problems. Due to the transfer of total goal of middle school Chinese teaching, Chinese teaching in middle school Chinese teaching has been in neglected or even abandoned the status, teachers’ teaching effect, students learn the sloppy. Chinese character learning stays in surface (students just jot pronunciation glyph cutong meaning), lead to students on the Chinese perception, comprehension is low, Chinese language application ability is limited, thereby affecting the reading and writing ability of development, and eventually restricts the overall quality of the Chinese, influence students’ development in an all-round way.In view of the problems of the teaching of Chinese characters, this paper mainly explores the introduction of the word into primary and middle school language teaching. Try to use word analysis method to carry out the teaching of Chinese characters, to improve the teaching of Chinese characters of time-consuming and inefficient problems; and the idea of the word analysis and reading teaching combination, trying to use the analysis of the key words in deep reading, integration and optimization of the process of reading, the use of text analysis to cultivate students’ ability of reading appreciation.Chinese teaching in using the word theoretical analysis to carry out the teaching of Chinese characters to enhance learning interest, deepen the understanding of the meaning of words, and reduce typos; can improve students’ appreciation, imagination, cultivate observation, strengthens the analysis ability; can pass the nation’s outstanding traditional culture; using to form the ability of expression.
