With the new round of college entrance examination reform,three batches of provinces in China have implemented the new college entrance examination model,and the fourth batch of provinces has also started in 2021.In order to cultivate high-quality talents in the new era,implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,and earnestly implement the basic concept of "people-oriented",China promulgated and implemented in 2018 and revised the "General High School Physics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition 2020 Revision)" in 2020.Under the background of the reform of the new college entrance examination and the implementation of the new curriculum standards,it is of great significance to study the consistency of the college entrance examination questions with the new curriculum standards,which is conducive to the improvement of the quality of college entrance examination propositions and can also provide a certain reference for the provinces that carry out subsequent reforms.This study uses the SEC consistency analysis model,and on the basis of combing the literature,according to the level of physics core literacy in the curriculum standards,and the coding rules of the course standards and test questions are discussed and formulated by front-line physics teachers.A total of 18 examination papers and new curriculum standards were constructed according to the coding rules for the national A and B papers from 2020 to 2022,the new high school examination papers from four provinces from 2021 to 2022,and the four college entrance examination simulation papers in Jiangxi Province in 2022,and converted into a standard matrix.Then,the Baud consistency coefficient calculation method was used to calculate the consistency coefficient between the 18 test papers and the course standard,and the consistency coefficient reference value of the course standard was calculated by using MATLAB software.Depending on the type of paper and year,the test paper is divided into four categories,and the consistency between the course standard and the test paper in the three aspects of content theme distribution and cognitive level of physical concept level and scientific thinking level is analyzed in detail.Finally,the results of this study are summarized and analyzed,and the conclusions are drawn and suggestions are provided for the high school examination question system,as well as the reference for teachers teaching and student preparation.The results show that:(1)On the whole,the consistency coefficient of the 18 test papers and the new curriculum standards is lower than the reference value,and there is no statistical consistency.(2)From the perspective of topic distribution,the course standard has requirements for 14 topics,and 18 examination papers do not examine all topics,mainly focusing on mechanical motion,interaction,mechanical energy and its conservation law,curvilinear motion,electrostatic field,circuit,momentum,magnetic field and electromagnetic induction.(3)From the level of physical concept and scientific thinking,the degree of consistency between the examination paper and the course standard is low.The course standard has a wide range of requirements for the level of knowledge topics,most of which are concentrated in level 2 and 3,while the examination level of the examination paper is concentrated in level 3,level 4 and 5,reflecting the high requirements for students’ physical concepts and scientific thinking.
