The putting forward of "the ordinary high school mathematics curriculum standard (experiment)" shows clearly that the teaching mode of "student as the main body, teacher as the leading" should be taken seriously. "Learning case guide learning" conforms to this requirement and rise rapid. it’s leading a "bottom-up" teaching reform movement.A lot of success case about "Learning case guide learning" have sprung up home and abroad. Many schools learn to imitate actively. But, As the product of teaching practice, "Learning case guide learning" is full of experience and lack theoretical guidance and leading, teacher was beset with various problems. For example, under the mode of "Learning case guide learning", what’s the content of the lessons, and how to prepare? How to handle the group work process? Whether teachers can explain, How to explain? How to take care the students who aren’t adapt to the new mode? How to use the Learning case? The study found that a lot of articles on "Learning case guide learning" have been published. However, these articles mainly for "Learning case guide learning" itself. Articles that point out the problem of the mode and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement are little. The existing articles mainly aim at the stage of compulsory education, and the article about high school mathematics teaching under "Learning case guide learning" mode is rarely. In order to make the high school mathematics teaching mode of "Learning case guide learning" play its advantages really, the author puts forward the research subject.The research methods of this article is as follows:First of all, through half a year’s practice in a school which is implementing "Learning case guide learning" in xi’an, the author did a in-depth observation of it’s actual teaching situation and found some existing problems of this mode; Second, the author designed the questionnaire, interview outline and classroom observation table, did a study of all mathematics teachers and 500 students of the high school in which the writer practiced and got Quantitative data and qualitative conclusions; Then, through the analysis of data, the author summarized the current problems of high school mathematics in "Learning case guide learning" mode; Finally, the author put forward the coping strategies combining theory and practice.Through research, The writer found that the mathematics teaching of high school in "Learning case guide learning" mode exists the following problems:(1)teachers’ preparation is inadequate; (2)the preview mode is not science; (3)the class structure is loose; (4)teacher avoid the difficulty of teaching; (5)the fitness of students whose grades are bad needs improving; (6)class mode is fixed;(7)the using of learning case in classroom is not correct; (8)teaching doesn’t highlight mathematics essence; (9)teaching of "Learning case guide learning" is bound; (10)students’ free time is too little;(11)teachers lack communication with students.Under the basis of study about pedagogy, psychology and theories of "the ordinary high school mathematics curriculum", the writer analyzed the causes of these problems one by one Combined with the results of the investigation, and put forward the coping strategies from two aspects of school and teacher. School aspect:(1)to study the feasible teaching plan:① learn case writing should be more scientific,②case writing should takes reference of teachers and students,③school should research a more scientific "Learning case guide learning" mode. (2)be ready to cooperate with teacher’s work:① to complete the training of teachers,② be well to teacher’s tracking and supervision,③ do well in encouragement for teachers who are positive in curriculum reform. Teacher aspect:(1) the preparation before class:intensifying preparation. (2)the control of class: ① improving the efficiency of students in preview,②Controlling panel discussion,③ emphasizing mathematical nature,④ontrolling the discussion time,⑤completing the summary,⑥taking good care of the student whose grades are bad,⑦ respecting "Learning case guide learning" mode. (3)assisting after class: ①do well in system pre-school guidance to the student,②collect students’ opinion.This study has the following meaning:(1)To make the theory of "Learning case guide learning" more systematic and mature; (2)To offer some guidance and leading to the schools that are under the new curriculum; (3) To solve some practical difficulties in operation for the high school mathematics teachers; (4)Provide certain guidance about learn mathematics for students.
