As an effective teaching methods, cooperative learning group is widely used in classroom teaching. Classroom teaching in China, the cooperative learning group, after all, is a new thing, even if there are many ways to learn the strengths and advantages, however, the specific use, the teachers will encounter this or that problem, so that cooperation learn to use difficult. In this paper, cases of E secondary school, through literature, questionnaire, interview, classroom observation and other research methods to explore cooperative learning on the team. In the study, we found that high of a math class in the implementation of cooperative learning groups there are some problems, such as: teacher's ideas are old hat, the regulatory power of classroom less, well lesson planning was inadequate, and lack of realistic scientific evaluation mechanism.According to these problems, the author puts forward the improvement of teaching strategies and specific recommendations:1. Teachers, teachers should change their concepts, while raising the professional skills and techniques to enhance group cooperative learning in the management strategy, finally to establish a scientific evaluation mechanism for cooperative learning.2. Students, for students to strive to create cooperation, democracy, equality, classroom atmosphere, students participate in cooperative learning at the same time mobilizing the enthusiasm to further develop and improve their cooperation skills and techniques.3. Schools, to reform the teacher evaluation system must also be on the way to a breakthrough in the management.4. In the specific implementation of cooperative learning process, but also on the identification and management of study groups, according to the different teaching contents, choose appropriate forms of cooperation, in cooperation arrangements and control of the time, the last to be carried out on cooperative learning scientific evaluation and reward and punishment.
