The industrialization degree of a country is closely related to a country’s occupation education. Our country is in the stage of economic development, need a large number of different levels of technical personnel. From the nineteen eighties up the development of a new form of higher education is the higher occupation education in our country, and in a few short years, its developing speed and scale can be first in the world, and has become one of the popularization of higher education in China has become the main force, half of the country of China’s higher education system. As the scale of higher occupation education is expanding rapidly, the deep-rooted problems affecting the healthy development of higher occupation technique education emerged. If the conditions for running schools, teachers, students, professional set up practice base, etc..
