In the 21st century, knowledge explosion, in order to adapt to the rapid progress of science and technology rapid development, social fragmentation of the era, people are becoming more and more desire for Life-long Learning, U-Learning and Individualized Learning. But now these requirements has not been enough support of the modern technology and practice. Microlecture has the characteristics of flexibility, diversity, directivity, it is a new kind of study way under the background of information age. To solve the problem in the new era under the new learning requirements and the contradiction between the traditional way of study provides a train of thought. While the micro course study was a myth and a difficult hindered the application effect of the course now. An error is:think shorten time video courses can make learners to produce meaningful learning. A difficulty is:most of the micro course system, lack of teaching activity and the platform.Introduction to education technology is one of the education technology professional backbone course, the goal is to let the students grasp and understanding of the connotation of the professional, improve the subject identity and professionalism, promoting lifelong learning idea and habit. But the reality is the large capacity, less teaching time, unable to meet the learners in ubiquitous learning and personalized learning needs, difficult to achieve the teaching goal.The game allows people to maintain long-term interest, always have a strong desire to finish the game, and in the course of the game to improve self-efficacy. Gamification is of some characteristics and the effect of the game to game design methods and elements of the game in the content of the game in the field. To solve the problem of micro course of the above have inspired effect.This research with the help of the concept of Gamification, trying to game elements and the design method for the content of the gaming mechanism is introduced in the introduction to education technology in the design, development and application of micro courses, to solve the course of a myth, a difficult, and "introduction to education technology" courses are faced with the problem. Through Gamification concept summarizes the design principle of micro courses, "introduction to education technology" courses, for example, design and develop the corresponding micro courses for learners’autonomous learning. During the study, the author mainly uses the content analysis, developmental method, investigation method, experimental method from the aspects of theory and practice based on micro course design, development and application of Gamification has carried on the comprehensive research.Research conclusion is that the learners use based on the concept of Gamification micro course of autonomous learning and use normal micro compared to autonomous learning, the learner’s learning self-efficacy, learning interest and attention both have a more positive effect, and the influence on learners’ learning habits are no significant difference. But overall, based on micro Gamification concept design and development of curriculum, to a certain extent, corrected the mistake of micro course construction, solve the difficult, and for the education technology introduction to achieve the teaching goal has played a positive role.This research will be divided into six parts:The first chapter:This paper selected topic background, research objectives, research significance and research content, research ideas and methods, as well as the theoretical basis of the four aspects has carried on the related in this paper.The second chapter:For defining the relevant concepts, and the micro course, summarized the research status at home and abroad, points out the problems existing in the course construction.The third chapter:In the course of introduction to education technology analysis, on the basis of through Gamificaion revelation for the curriculum design of micro summarizes the seven principles of micro course design, constructed the course learning procedure diagram, and the related links and process in detail.The fourth chapter:On the course of development. From micro courses of development, platform selection and construction, are introduced in detail based on the development of the mobile end Gamification micro curriculum development process and the specific operation method.The fifth chapter, the concept based on Gamification micro course introduction to education technology applied in experiment teaching practice research. Allowing the study subjects successively learning general micro course and based on the concept of Gamification course, the application effects were measured before and after, and combined with relevant interview and survey data, combined with micro Gamification course effect evaluation questionnaire, this paper compares and analyzes the experimental conclusions.The sixth chapter:Based on micro course of Gamification related research and practice of design, development and application of to carry on the summary and reflection. Points out the innovation and the future of this research, and illustrates some thinking for the course.
