Graduates in recent years, however, there is narrow theory of knowledge,practical ability is not strong and so on. As a result, the Harbin sports institute undergraduate direction the talent training scheme of snow and ice is directly related to the quality of a kind of talent training, talent training quality and ice professional curriculum system construction is the key of the talent training scheme.This article is to break the traditional culture idea, to cultivate students’ innovation ability to apply and use of social demand and post standard for research. In this paper, using the literature material method, interview method, logic analysis and the methods of on-the-spot investigation, the Harbin sports in stitut Strive to on the concept of ice and snow direction applied talents training differs from traditional academic talents, so as to achieve ice applied talents pay more attention to cultivate the students’ practical ability, more attention should be paid to the direction of the ice and snow curriculum.e undergraduate sports training(ice) in 2012 to develop solutions to key research.This article mainly through three parts, the first part is the analysis about the present situation of the direction of the Harbin sports institute of snow and ice including characteristics, teaching conditions, main, and cultivation of talents training target,training requirements and specifications. The second part is the Harbin sports institute undergraduate direction of snow and ice cultivation target, cultivation specifications, process and system of the status quo, characteristics of training mode and the analysis of existing problems and research, the study found that exist in the curriculum: single public curriculum courses, the lack of rationality, arbitrary elective course repeatability is too large, semester weeks unreasonable arrangements; Exist in the aspect of theory teaching and practice: the teachers in the teaching process means a single, unreasonable arrangement of social practice; Exist in the talent training scheme: training target positioning on the high side, and sports training boundary is not obvious, the phenomenon such as curriculum specialized restricts the development of ice and snow talent.
