| Talent cultivating system is the practical norms and operational mode which is extensively appreciated and followed by certain educational institutions and educators. The purpose-oriented mode is greatly supported by the contents and brought into effect through proper educational manner. It is the integration of the educating activities and processes which directly impress upon the mind and body of every educated individual, and it is also the reflection of a particular stage of the educational phenomenon between theoretical educational mode and practical educational manner.With the development of national primary education level and the overall reform of normal education structure, the normal education system goes from three-level education to two-level education, and is now transiting to one-level normal education. Thus the focus of normal education advances to a higher level, and the diploma and academic level of primary school teachers are able to be promoted. Such normal education system follows not only the main direction of the development of our national primary education, but also conforms to the progress of international education development.However, primary school education in university is a whole new field among higher normal education system. The course construction is still in the primary and exploring phase, especially the research and study on the cultivating mode. It shall be established based on the objective and requirements of the cultivating of primary school teachers with high education level, rather than mere transplantation and melioration of related courses in normal schools or colleges.This paper indicates the disadvantages of primary school teachers educated under current cultivating mode, based on the study of in domestic and foreign university primary education. Generally the teachers are lack of professional spirit, modern curriculum philosophy and innovative consciousness, but with unreasonable knowledge structure. In this paper, the author brings forward the comprehensive cultivating mode of"student foremost", based on the integration and analysis on the university primary education proposed by other elder educators.We would define the comprehensive cultivating mode of"student foremost"that it is a mode centered on the students and focus on the integrated development. In view of this research, such cultivating mode can be developed in aspects of objective system, course system, course resources, teaching method, social practice and other approaches. |
