Intelligence since there has always been the hot topic of psychological research. For more than one hundred years, different researchers from different point of view put forward all kinds of intelligence theory, tries to reveal the nature of intelligence and structure. The theory of multiple intelligences has a perfect and mature theory system, by at least eight people’s intelligent independent each other, a group of intelligence that exists in multiple ways, they connect with each other and independently. Multiple intelligence theory and the current China is with one of the many views of the education reform, more and more get people’s attention.In the common teaching for the soccer sports colleges has certain particularity. Based on the theory of multiple intelligences and college football teaching on the basis of the review of existing research, through the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, observation method, expert interview method, a variety of methods, such as on the further research. Based on the theory of multiple intelligences theory is put forward, the development, composition, in-depth research on the connotations and characteristics, is theoretically proved that the multiple intelligences theory is applied to the feasibility of the football teaching in the common course in colleges and universities. Through to the Harbin sports institute in the common teaching present situation analysis and the Harbin sports institute for the soccer football’s teaching existence question analysis, proposed to reflect the individual differences in curriculum, optimistic view on students, positive education, number of rion optimistic, development thinking space, a variety of evaluation. The theory of multiple intelligences to football teachers also put forward higher requirements.The paper finally draws the following conclusion:Everyone has eight or more than eight kinds of intelligence;In the common teaching for the traditional football there is a problem;Teachers should change teaching organization mode;In the common teaching for the teachers to the theory of multiple intelligences and football together can promote comprehensive and healthy development of the students;Multiple intelligence theory teaching is conducive to student learning;Multiple intelligence theory is introduced into football class can improve students’ ability to solve problems;The theory of multiple intelligences can promote the communication between students and between students and teachers, to cultivate team consciousness.Put forward its own proposals:Schools and society should encourage teachers to use multiple intelligence theory in teaching;Teachers should constantly improve the level of their business;Teachers should change their teaching methods;Teachers should organize the game, let the students consolidate the knowledge in actual combat;Teachers should use multimedia teaching to improve teaching quality;Encourage students to take part in the game, in the form of different consolidate classroom knowledge.
