Teaching practice is a process that provides students from normal university with a chance to put their teaching theory into practice, which is an important part of the normal students training. Student teachers can acquire practical teaching ability during the procedure. However, those student teacher are faced with many problem on the one hand, high school are unwilling to train students teachers because they worry that their teaching will be affected. On the other hand, the guides of teaching practice don’t pay much attention to the training but only ask students to do something unskilled such as correcting homework, after-class tutoring.According to the new curriculum, the notion of quality-oriented education is that education should focus on all students and value students’ personal character. Nowadays, chemistry teaching is still organized in the tradition way that one teacher is in charge of a whole class. In this way, the teacher can’t concentrate on every student. In order to change the limitation of traditional chemistry teaching, seeking for a new model of teaching as well as chemistry teacher training, the author conducted a research on “6 into 1” teaching training model.The first part mainly states “6 into 1” teaching practical model. The model take advantage of the number of student teachers by the way that 6 students totally charge a class to solve problems which exist in teaching practice.In the second part the author conducted a research according to “6 into 1” model. The six student teachers as well as preparations for the research are showed.The third part is about the result of the research, introducing shortcomings lies in the six student teachers’ class design and teaching, analyzing the contrast between the guide and six student teachers in basic teaching skills, chemistry knowledge, and teaching design.The innovation of this study is that shortcomings in student teachers’ teaching are studied and the model of teaching practice will be explored through the "6 into 1" normal "model. In the research, “6 into 1” model is put into practice. Six students teachers make group discussion, inquiry learning and cooperative learning possible. New ways of organizing teaching practice and teaching model will be seek after the result of the research.
