Research On The Cultivation Model Of Distinguished Normal University Students Based On The College System

With the development of society and the requirements of national policies on teachers,the importance of teacher education is becoming more and more prominent.In the opinions of the ministry of education on the implementation of excellent teacher training plan and excellent teacher training plan 2.0,it is clearly proposed to deepen the reform of the training mode of excellent normal university students and put forward relevant requirements for teacher ethics training.This study focuses on the national and social requirements for the cultivation of distinguished normal university students,and attempts to construct the cultivation model of distinguished normal university students based on the academy system.This paper mainly USES the methods of literature research,case study and comparative study to analyze and demonstrate the cultivation mode of distinguished normal university students based on the academy system.The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part is the theoretical overview of the cultivation model of college system of distinguished normal university students.This paper mainly discusses the development process,connotation and characteristics of the academy system,as well as the essence of the cultivation mode of distinguished normal university students.The second part mainly discusses the realistic prospect and problem representation of the cultivation model of distinguished normal university students.At present,the problems in the training of distinguished normal university students are mainly manifested in the lack of the spiritual core of the college system,the lack of the generous foundation of the college system in the training contents,the lack of the diverse forms of the college system in the training methods,and the lack of the freedom and openness of the college system in the training environment.In response to the above problems.The third part is based on training target,training content,training methods and training environment four dimensions,build system of college excellent students training mode,that is to establish the training objective for whole-person education concept,adopts new pay equal attention to theory and practice of general education content,practice to the cultivation of the students as the main body,build give college spirit culture atmosphere.This study combines the cultivation of distinguished normal university students with the academy system,and constructs the cultivation model of distinguished normal university students based on the academy system,aiming at cultivating distinguished normal universitystudents with moral character,knowledge,ability and feelings,and providing reference for the cultivation of distinguished normal university students on the theoretical level.
