Currently, public courses in Chinese universities is widely used in traditional te--aching mode, namely teaching- to accept the teaching mode. This teaching model in favor of the teacher in the classroom organization and control, allowing students to g--ain something in sports technology and skills, but students often sports-related know--ledge and not much harvest, between such a boring teaching mode After the students after class and did not cultivate interest in sports, and even sports-related professional interests are trained up. So, which requires us to question the traditional teaching mode, but also need to adapt to the new mode of teaching the current educational reform program.Anchored by the teaching mode is a constructivist learning theory on technology--based learning is an important teaching. The so-called "anchor" refers to the story’s context is based on the creation of the problem, these stories help teachers and stude--nts explore. The basic program anchored teaching model are:(1) the creation of sce--narios,(2) identify problems;(3) learning,(4), the exchange of learning, the students communicate, discuss issues;(5) learning assessment. Anchored instruction is a tea--cher does not directly teach students to be communicated directly to the student kn--owledge but to use the situation to motivate students to be active thinking to find cla--ssroom learning problems and to promote the role of teachers transform their studets to participate in. And teach- that is, to accept the teaching mode to teach the teachers d- irectly to the classroom to teach students knowledge.In this experiment, public tennis Yunnan Normal Course 146(experimental clas--s), 168(control classes) is selected for the study. Application of the literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, experiments and mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, logical analysis of these methods, the students in the experimental group and the control group(1), physical indicators: Height, weight, vital capacity, take three-di--mensional flexion, standing long jump, the five projects and 50 meters indoors and800 meters,sit-ups(female) These five outdoor project;(2) Tennis interest in learning,self-learning ability, independent problem-solving skills, ability to cooperate, social skills levels of these indicators into five psychological quality;(3) theoretical knowledge tennis, tennis, two tennis scores technology; each experiment pre-test and post-t--est measurement, then the measured data applications SPSS17.0 software analysis and comparison of differences, through analysis and comparison. Draw anchored inst--ruction than teaching- teaching mode to accept more conducive to efficient public te--nnis lessons students’ fitness, improve tennis scores; beneficial to the development of efficient public tennis lesson anchored instruction of students in psychological quality aspect, the present experiments and concluded that its teaching- teaching mode to ac--cept difference has little influence on the students’ psychological quality and effficient.But because I am also the first time anchored teaching model applied to the PE class, so during the operation there will be some disadvantages, such as differents in the quality of the mind affect this together, because a semester 18 weeks, a week one hour.The le--sson for enhancing the psychological quality is not enough, so this means a psycholoy quality experiments do not perfect.By studying this experiment, we can draw the following conclusions:(1) increasi--ing our research because anchored teaching model.(2) Application of anchore teac--hing model for teaching you want to provide enough time.(3), PE teachers to have su--perb teaching skills.(4), we have to teach- to accept the teaching model based on the use of anchored teaching model.
