In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the teacher access system,it has also triggered the reflection on the quality of the training of normal university students.What kind of normal university students should be trained and what mode should be adopted to realize the training of normal university students.Training mode is the key to the quality of training,and also an important guarantee for the cooperation between higher education and primary and secondary schools.And local normal colleges and universities as an important source of local basic education teachers,there is a contradiction between the training of normal university students in the current training mode and the demand of local basic education for teachers and the requirement of teacher admittance,need to do what aspects of the reform,in order to meet the requirement for the quality of students to cultivate teachers' access system reform as appropriate.On the basis of expounding the connotation and defining elements of the training mode of normal university students,this study follows the logical framework of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,and takes the theory combing and mode optimization as two main clues to carry out research from the following five parts.The introduction part is the first chapter,describing the background and significance of this study,research status,key and difficult points and innovation points of research,research design,laying the foreshadowing for focusing on problems and pointing out the content.The first part is the theoretical explanation,namely the second chapter.First of all,the core concept of this study is defined,and the five elements of normal university students' cultivation are constructed,that is,the cultivation goal,specialty setting,curriculum system,management system and evaluation mechanism.On this basis,the theoretical basis is explained.Secondly,based on the orientation of teachers' professional development,tries to construct a new way of cultivating normal university students under the teacher admittance system,and a five-factor analysis model is constructed,which provides a basic theoretical analysis framework for the full text research.The second part is the foreign comparison,namely the third chapter.Based on the five elements of the training model of normal university students,and taking the United States,Britain and Germany as the comparison objects,analysis the main characteristics of the training mode,summarizes common features of refined and successful experience,formulate the training objectives to meet the admission requirements,coordinate the major setting of basic education,integrate theoretical and practical curriculum system,implement flexible pre-service teacher management system and adopt diversified evaluation methods of normal university students.The third part is situation analysis,namely the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter.By means of questionnaire and interview,seven local normal colleges and universities were investigated to introduce their training objectives,cultivation caliber,teaching ability,educational practice and examination forms,and to present the general situation of the training of normal college students in local normal colleges and universities in China.Through theoretical analysis and combined with survey data,this paper summarizes the inadaptability between the training mode of local normal university students and the admission of teachers,and the mainly attribution are cultivate ideas ignores the standard paradigm,professional settings out of social needs,the curriculum system ignores belittles access,management system lacks democratic participation and evaluation mechanism deviates from the admission requirements.The fourth part is optimization strategy,namely the sixth chapter.Combining with the inadaptability attribution of the cultivation model of normal university students and teacher admittance,guided by the access standards,draw lessons from foreign experience in the cultivation of the pre-service teachers,and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the training mode of local normal university students,to meet to the teachers' access system reform on the proposed new requirements.
