| Early curriculum standards is one of the important countries in the world early education reform initiative, the aim is to improve the quality of preschool children in the future as well as to prepare for a lifetime of learning. United States of America as an educational powerhouse of the world, developed an early federal curriculum standards, then the states have also developed their own curriculum standards early. California is not the first to develop an early state curriculum standards, but in the development and improvement in a short time better, so that the "system, in-depth and comprehensive", became a prominent representative of early American curriculum standards.
