Countries have long be en a tta ches great importance to the development of national traditional sports, is an indispensable part in our country sports enterprise.This st udy bas ed on the three-l evel curriculum standard of new curriculum reform in our country, the national curricul um, local c urriculum and school curriculum from three aspects, in 16 e thnic minorities of the mul ti-ethnic settlements, in accorda nce with the requireme nts of the devel opment of sports curricul um reform, in xundia n county national middle school as an exa mple, the development of school-based curriculum i n ethnic minority traditional sports study, have important the oretical and practical significance.This study adopted l ite rature revie w, quest ionnai re survey, experimenta l resea rch,research methods, suc h as i n bui lding a more theoretical sys tem development of traditional ethnic sports school-based curriculum in et hnic minority are as at the s ame time combining xundian county middl e school to carry out the national tradi tional sports project to make the case study and prac tic e.By studying the following results:1、in the know xundi an county national secondary school educ ati onal philosophy in Chinese traditional sports, school sports re sources, students interest and on t he basis of the demand, from the reality of the uni vers ity t o carry out the curriculum r esources wi th loca l characteristics, such as yi fol k popular "dozen gyro",miao dance "bamboo da nce", zhuang "t his", etc2、imple ment ation of school-based curriculum in ethnic mi nority tr aditional sports of xundian county middle school experiment al study of a semester. Research after t he experimental c lass es and that in comparative cla sses accor ding to the analysis of the physical health, i t i s conclude d that s tudents i n the 50 m(speed and sensitive),(standing long jump) explosive P value is less t han 0.05 there are si gnificant differences Yet in endur ance(m / 1000 m, f / 800 meters), strength( /pull-ups, fe male/male 1 mi nute sit-ups) there i s no signific ant difference between P value is greater than 0.05.3、movement be fore and a fter the experiment, t hat in comparative classes and experimental classes students psychological and social a daptation abilit y of comparative ana lysis, it is concluded that: that in comparative cl asses in sport psychology and s ocial adaptation abi lity al l ha ve no promi nent changes obviously,however, experimental cl asses of students i n s por ts psychology besides s ports motivation P value is gr eater than 0.05, exerc ise attitude and l earni ng interest bot h si gnificant difference s4、In the multi-ethnic region to carr y out the national traditional s por ts, na mel y the combination of t he national c urriculum, local curriculum, s chool curriculum,choose suitable xundian count y na tiona l middle school’s ove rall development plan of school-based c urriculum in ethnic mi nor ity traditional sports, and teaching evaluation.From the above r esearch re sults come to the conclusi on:1、 mi nority school sports, s hould reflect the requirement s of quality education and the thought of " health first" and predominant ly student educ ati on thought, the development of practical courses for students of consensus, is conducive to the healthy gr owt h of st udents.2、the mul ti-national area has a wealth of national tradi tional s ports resources,national school i n mult i-ethnic region development practice of school-based curriculum in et hnic minority tr adit ional sports research is feasible, for schools to offer r efere nce to furt her research and practice.3、 the combinati on of traditional ethnic sports and school sports teaching is beneficial to the i mpr oveme nt of students’ healthy physique, can bring joy to students,meet the nee ds of students of sports, ma ke st udents exercise attitude and inter est in learning to change. To improve the student sports ability of aut onomic learning. The cooperation is conducive t o learning.4、traditional sports int o the school sports, not only has a moder n competitive sport, fitness a nd cultural entertainment, but also has a rich culture and pr omote physi cal and menta l health, but also to strengthen nat ional identity and cultural psychology, it serve to strengt hen the role of cultural herit age and national cohesion.
