| Along with more and more fierce competition in recent years, senior and high school entrance examination are becoming more and more significant for students and theirs parents. Hit with this trend, students confront with pressure that inevitably arise various emotional problems. As a result, school, parents and psychology all pay more attention to the test anxiety. Therefore, it is very meaningful that making a scientific, instructive and operate group guidance manual of test anxiety which is suitable for junior and high school students.The study focuses on the revision and research of Psychological Physiology Exam Tutoring Handbook’s scientificlity, validity, applicability, practicability. The revision base on literature review, CQR, brainstorming and so on, to analysis the previous study fruits and qualitative feedback information. Then using quasi experimental methods study the applicability and validity of modified Psychological Physiology Exam Tutoring Handbook.Conclusions are as follows:(1)Though test of Anxiety Questionnaire and Physiological Arousal Anxiety Diagnosis Scale on junior three school students, the survey show that there are significant difference on demographic variables among test anxiety and physiological arousal level, the specific performance exist in the aspect of gender parents, marital status, family atmosphere.(2) the schema of revised Psychological Physiology Exam Tutoring Handbook are more e targeted to solve problem, the evaluation of it’s scientific, systematic and practical are also better than before.(3) the validity of Psychological Physiology Exam Tutoring Handbook are verified by the experimental results, it shows that the group counseling program can effectively reduce the test anxiety and physiological arousal level of junior students.(4) the group guidance scheme of Psychological Physiology Exam Tutoring Handbook have a certain universality among different academic levels. |
