Test anxiety is a specific psychological reaction that people face when they face the exam.Its degree is affected by various factors,such as cognitive level,test-taking skills,and personality characteristics.The college entrance examination repeat students are an important part of the sprinting college entrance examination group.Because of the pressure from many parties,their test anxiety level may be higher than that of ordinary college entrance examination candidates.The purpose of this study is to explore the status quo and characteristics of the test anxiety level of the college entrance examination students,and use this as a premise,combined with the theory of test anxiety to compile the College Entrance Examination Repeated Test Anxiety Group Counseling Manual,thus forming a relatively systematic and scientific college entrance examination repeat student.Test anxiety counseling measures,in order to provide counseling basis for relevant schools and teachers to reduce the anxiety level of college entrance examination students.This study consists of the following three aspects.The study uses the Test Anxiety Self-Certificate Scale(TAT)compiled by Zheng Richang to conduct a questionnaire survey on 1024 repeat students at the West Point Cultural School in Kunming,Yunnan Province,in order to understand the overall examination of the college entrance examination repeat students.The level of anxiety,and through statistical analysis,explores the differences and characteristics of the test anxiety of the college entrance examination students in the demographic variables,which provides a basis for the study of the preparation of the College Entrance Examination Student Anxiety Group Counseling Manual.Study 2,through the combing of relevant literature,compiled an open questionnaire “group counseling manual content questionnaire”,and asked experts to evaluate the content;then used the“group counseling manual content questionnaire” for 10 undergraduates majoring in psychology,Twenty graduate students and 10 psychology-related workers conducted surveys to analyze the results of the questionnaires,thereby obtaining the structuralelements of the group counseling manual and the content elements of the specific activities.Combined with the relevant theories of test anxiety and intervention,preliminary preparation The College Entrance Examination Repeated Test Anxiety Group Counseling Manual,and asked three psychologists to revise,and finally form the College Entrance Examination Repeated Test Anxiety Group Counseling Manual.Study 3 used quasi-experimental design to conduct research on 30 college entrance examination students in the West Point Cultural School(15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group),and strictly carried out the experimental group members under the guidance of the College Entrance Examination Student Anxiety Group Counseling Manual.Counseling,and then based on the "test anxiety self-reported scale" and the feedback results of the self-made evaluation scale to evaluate the effectiveness and content settings of the manual.In summary,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The test anxiety level of the college entrance examination students is generally good,but there are still a small number of students with high anxiety level.According to the difference test and variance analysis of the demographic variables of the college entrance examination students,There is a significant difference in the anxiety level of the college entrance examination repeat students in different genders,economy,family atmosphere and interpersonal relationship.(2)College Entrance Examination Student Anxiety Group Counseling Manual includes preface,catalogue,basic knowledge,practical operation,Appendix 5,specifically related to the purpose of the group manual,instructions for use,theoretical background,group auxiliary technology,leader requirements,group Auxiliary operation procedures,group counseling programs,counseling effect evaluation,counseling notes,manual usage tables,and other related content.(3)The College Entrance Examination Student Anxiety Group Counseling Manual is effective for the college entrance examination repeat students.The content of the manual has wide applicability.Through the content of the manual,the intervention of the college entrance examination repeat students can make the examinations of the college entrance examination.Anxiety is adjusted to a better level.
