Famous American training consultant Paul. Joe Dr. puts forward the concept of adversity quotient in the 1990 s. It is used to measure the ability to meet adversity reaction. Nowadays, when many middle school students face setback, the can’t debugging in time, often show the low ability to resist stress and weak willpower, even some students escape from a problem using a negative way and addict network but some of the students have psychological problems. So it is very important to attend and improve the students’ ability to cope with adversity.This paper collected a large number of materials about adversity quotient, and gengma through the study of the sampling survey of junior middle school students’ adversity quotient in Gengma, analysis of the problemd existing in the junior middle school students’ adversity quotient and the cause of the junior middle school students’ adversity quotient, discusses the countermeasures of cultivating middle school students’ adversity quotient and so on, look forward to achieve the purpose of improving junior high school students’ adversity quotient.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, this paper expounds the junior middle school students’ adversity quotient training research background, research purpose and meaning. The second part analyses the importance of adversity quotient training, and analyses the adversity quotient cultivation and the relationship between the thought personal character class and adversity quotient education status and role.The third part, students of junior high school in Gengma students as the research object of the sampling investigation and study, on the current junior middle school students’ adversity quotient status and existing problems are analyzed and discussed. The fourth part combined with the frontier minority areas student characteristics and areas of emphasis discusses the junior middle school students’ adversity quotient training countermeasures and Suggestions: the cultivation of the main channel of the classroom of junior middle school students’ adversity quotient, different disciplines, including ideological and moral cultivation of middle school students’ adversity quotient; The second classroom to the cultivation of the junior middle school students’ adversity quotient、including family、campus culture、society、students’ self education、psychological counseling and set up the education evaluation system of form a complete set to guarantee the cultivation of the junior middle school students’ adversity quotient.
