Based on the theory of domestic and foreign research,aiming at a series of mental health problems existing in junior middle school students,the research skillfully uses situational physical education to guide them,designs situational physical education courses that conform to the mental health development of junior middle school students,verifies the effect of situational physical education on the mental toughness and inverse quotient of junior middle school students,and combines with the current middle school physical education in China In addition,some constructive suggestions are put forward to strengthen the students' counter quotient and psychological resilience.The research uses literature research,experiment,interview,mathematical statistics and other methods to test the correlation between inverse quotient and psychological resilience.Through the intervention of 12 weeks on junior high school students through situational sports teaching,it tests whether the situational sports teaching can effectively improve the level of inverse quotient and psychological resilience of students.In this study,two parallel classes in the first grade of Junior High School of Changchun City are divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopts the designed situational physical education,while the control group adopts the conventional physical education.Before and after the experimental intervention,"adversity consultation table" and "Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale" were used as the pretest and posttest data.Through the comparative analysis of the data,the results showed that: before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological resilience and total scores of inverse quotient in the control group(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in the control factors(P < 0.01).Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in mental toughness and total scores of inverse quotient(P > 0.01),and there was no significant difference in control factors(P > 0.05).The conclusions are as follows:(1)situational physical education can effectively improve the overall level of junior high school students' inverse quotient,especially in the aspects of problem attribution ability,influence range and endurance ability,but not in the aspect of control ability.(2)Situational physical education can promote the development of junior high school students' psychological resilience.
