Organizational culture and job satisfaction are the hotspots in management psychology research area. This research aims to know the current situation of the relation between college organizational culture and teachers'working satisfaction. It also probes into the difference evaluation among college teachers which are different in background , and gives further analysis on the relationship between college organizational culture and the teachers'job satisfaction.The research adopts many different survey measures, such as, questionnaire investigation ,case discussion et al . The questionnaires we used to measure job satisfaction and organizational culture are authoritative. We give off 200 questionnaires using layered random sample research method, and callback 167 which are available, and the rate is 83.5%. To understand the current situation of college teachers'job satisfaction , their evaluation on organizational culture and the relationship between them, we analyzed the data on SPSS11.5,using one-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation.The result reveals that college teachers'job satisfaction have high correlation with sex, age, marriage or not, working hours, job character ,the kind of their school and the length of their school history. All in all, the job satisfaction of college teacher is very low(M〈4),colleague satisfaction and the satisfaction from job itself are higher comparatively (M〈4). In general,college teachers'evaluation on organizational culture are very low(M〈3.5).There are no significant difference between the twelve level of organizational culture and college teachers'personal variables,such as sex, age, marriage or not, working hours, job character, but there significant difference between college organizational culture and the kind of their school and the length of their school history.Through the Pearson Correlation analysis, we found the correlation between organizational culture and job satisfaction is very remarkable except for one or two aspects. We can conclude that college organization culture and job satisfaction have very remarkable correlation, that is, college organizational culture influents teachers'cognize on job satisfaction. Well organizational culture can boost the job satisfaction of teachers and furthermore increase the job performance. On the other hand, ill organizational culture will depress college teachers'job satisfaction and reduce their job performance.According to the survey, we advise the leaders of universities and colleges should upgrade their organizational culture and figure their organizational image forwardly to improve teachers'job satisfaction situation. Only by doing this can they improve the management level , teaching quality and the competition power as well.
