Preschool teacher development is the consensus of Proposition an era of social and kindergarten teachers is a specialized profession, it is a fresh life individuals. Focus on early childhood teacher career development is not only interpret their internal professional development, but directly focused career trajectory intrinsic value of life preschool teachers and child care teacher development. Is the value of life in early childhood preschool teachers work to highlight, and early childhood education teachers work deeply affected the lives of children, therefore, to interpret the kindergarten teacher career development issues from the perspective of full respect for preschool teachers to understand their the most direct way. Township preschool teacher is an important part of early childhood education, but also the most easily overlooked a vulnerable group in society changes, the importance of the more prominent towns, cities and rural areas has become linked to the transfer station. Preschool teacher here is not high degree of specialization, their contact with the outside world redundant rural areas, which makes them more sensitive to changes in the specialized kindergarten teachers, from the level of professional development, they are eager to enhance their professional ideas, expertise, professional ability, professional attitude and self professional development, but the practical point of view, where the living conditions are bad, the people behind the concept of education has not changed, preschool teachers lack motivation and self-development support. But there are people who can come out in such great atmosphere, find their own value and meaning of existence Changes in local education.In this study, educational narrative approach to a preschool teacher in the town of Yunnan Province as the research object D, backtracking the teacher’s growth process, the teacher career development process, depicting rural preschool teachers’ professional development in the interpretation of their individual career development process trajectory, and experience real-life status and sound mind township kindergarten teachers from the study of perception, the development of rural preschool teachers to think.In this paper, a total of eight chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly around the issues raised, the purpose and significance of the study, literature review, defining core concepts, ideas and methods of the study, research ethics and validity issues such as narrative, is the theoretical basis of this paper. The second chapter of my research object around which the field to start a brief introduction Malipo area where the object of this study, economic, cultural and educational profiles, using questionnaires and statistical analysis of the development of the local kindergarten teacher profiles. Chapter III to Chapter VI of this paper is focused on the career development of the research object of this paper to do a detailed description and interpretation, from the study of the growth stage, the substitute teacher career, career school teacher, principal career after retirement the assistant principal of the five stages described, showing the development of the full life of the research object.
