| Teacher professional development is the foundation of preschool education reform.As teachers,the professional development of preschool teachers and research staff deserves more consideration,but there are few relevant researches at present.How do we approach pre-school teachers and researchers? The slogan "Education returns to life" has given researchers the inspiration for continuous exploration.People grow and develop in the life world.What is the professional life of preschool teaching and research staff? What realistic dilemmas are they facing?In this paper,the author took the above problems based on the collection and arrangement of a large number of practical materials,through the method of narrative research,respectively from diachronic and synchronic perspectives to describe the real professional life story of the preschool teacher L,and then applied the theory of human development biological ecosystem and PPCT model.From the recent process,individual,environment and time,the influencing factors behind the professional life of preschool teaching and research staff are analyzed.In a word,L teacher’s professional life is "pain and happiness".Busy daily affairs,imbalance between theory and practice,and balance between work and family are his main pain points.However,it is a strong support for professional life to be engaged in the career I love,the relative stability of the work community I work in and the continuous realization of self-value.The professional life of preschool teaching and research staff bears the weight of individual professional development,is the epitome of the complete life world,and is influenced by the interaction of internal and external environment.Finally,based on this study,the author puts forward appropriate suggestions to improve the professional life quality of preschool teaching and research staff from the social level and individual level. |
