The professional ideal of teachers is not only the professional realm and height that teachers want to achieve,but also the yearning and pursuit of the goals that teachers can achieve through hard work.The study of rural preschool teachers' professional ideal can be explored from two aspects.One is to provide different research perspectives and value orientations for educational research in theory.Second,from the practical point of view,the study of the professional ideal of rural kindergarten teachers can show the state of the professional ideal of rural kindergarten teachers,as well as the trapped factors of the professional ideal.It is helpful for people to better understand the most real situation of the professional ideal of rural kindergarten teachers.Through the study of the professional ideal of preschool teachers in rural areas It is found that the teaching and comprehensive development of rural kindergarten teachers are the driving force.This study uses the method of narrative research to divide the story text into three dimensions: time,space and relationship.The construction and experience of the story are emphasized,and the connotation of the teacher's vocational ideal in the rural kindergarten is defined.The method of collecting and sorting the data is mainly the literature method,the depth interview method,the observation method and the in-kind collection method.The study of the vocational ideal of the teacher in the countryside from the five aspects of the teacher's career motive,the professional knowledge,the professional attitude,the professional will and the professional belief,shows the real life of the rural preschool teachers,and what value the vocational ideal of the teacher in the rural kindergarten is.Discussion on the Teacher of the Rural Kindergarten The characteristic of career ideal in his post.This study emphasizes the understanding and construction of meaning,and every rural kindergarten teacher enters the job with his own ideal of life in the hope of realizing professional value.With the deepening of the research,in the development of teachers' professional ideal,the overall situation of teachers' professional ideal is still good,which is manifested in the clear professional motivation of teachers' professional ideal and so on.When the ideal life gradually melts,replaced by busy work,great pressure,there is also the problem of limited development of career ideals.It is found that the weak professional will of teachers indirectly leads to the lack of professional belief.Finally,through the analysis of the professional ideal of teachers,the author analyzes the career ideal of teachers.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of professional ideal of rural preschool teachers from two angles of social support and teachers themselves.
