School sports can not do without football as a bridge,adding football teaching in the teaching can promote the teaching system more perfect.With the higher standards of school physical education,the importance of teaching mode is self-evident,so it is extremely urgent to explore a new teaching mode.Anchored teaching mode is more attached to today’s PE teaching standards.It advocates that the protagonist of class is the student,and the teaching focuses on the cultivation of students’ ability to solve problems independently and the improvement of students’ cooperation and communication.Football itself attaches great importance to team cooperation.The performance of cooperation,communication,cooperation and independent judgment in matches coincides with the concept of anchored teaching mode.The combination of the two can promote the development of school football teaching.This article through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method of anchored instruction model in the high school football teaching effect of the experimental research,the study selected jiaozuo eleven middle schools students as experimental object,16 weeks football teaching in school,a class for the experimental group USES the anchored instruction model for teaching,The other class,the control group,was taught in a traditional way,at the end of the experiment,statistical analysis was conducted through questionnaires and data obtained by the two groups,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Both the anchored teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode have different degrees of improvement in students’ basic football skills,especially in the improvement of students’ kicking accuracy and line dribbling and shooting,and the anchored teaching mode is more significant than the traditional teaching,obviously the anchored teaching mode brings more outstanding classroom learning effect.However,there was no difference in the improvement effect of the two teaching modes on the bouncing ball and the kick from the set piece.(2)Whether anchored teaching mode and traditional teaching mode improve students’ physical fitness with continuous practice,but the anchored teaching mode has a more significant improvement effect on multi-direction running around the rod,and the experimental group’s performance is higher than the control group.However,there is no difference in the teaching effect of the two teaching modes in the three physical qualities of 5x25 m return run,30 m run and standing long jump.(3)In terms of cultivating students’ interest,motivation,independent learning ability and cooperative communication ability,the experimental group achieved higher results than the control group.Therefore,anchored teaching mode is more effective than traditional teaching mode in attracting students’ interest and motivation in class as well as cultivating self-study consciousness and cooperative communication ability.(4)The anchored instruction model is not suitable for all actions of teaching,each teaching mode has its advantages and disadvantages,the traditional teaching mode can not be completely abandoned,so when choosing teaching mode should combine both in teaching and continuous improvement,the formation of complementary advantages,promote the school sports teaching level of ascension.
